JAMES K. GRIFFIE

Meet the Founder
James K. Griffie is an Indianapolis native, mentor, and community advocate dedicated to helping others break cycles of violence and poor decision-making. Raised on the city's east side, he experienced firsthand the challenges of poverty, trauma, and street life—experiences that shaped both his past and his purpose.
After years of incarceration and personal loss, James made a life-changing commitment to faith and accountability, marking a turning point that redefined his direction. Today, he uses his lived experience to connect with at-risk youth and individuals navigating difficult circumstances, offering guidance rooted in truth, resilience, and transformation.
Through mentorship, outreach, and real-world insight, James is committed to showing that change is possible—no matter where someone starts.
